Stress Points- The usb charging port. It will still charge the device if I insert a cable and put some pressure on the cable at a certain angle so that a connection can be made however it is very difficult to set this up and continue to use the device. Different cables do not make a difference. This issue started occurring after about 2 years of use and continued to get worse to the point I cannot reliably use the device.
There does not appear to be any easy way to open this device and there is no other way to charge the device except the usb port. 
Positive Remarks- It worked well for the low price when it would charge. I used it every night.
